CNC routing
We process panels for custom cabinet projects in two ways. First, if you have dimensions and drawings of panels, we will make your order using your drawings and dimensions. Also, we can use the design of your project and make our drawings of cabinets and make panels according to these drawings. In the second case, you will be provided with a detailed report on the project and individual parts that will be made for you. The panel manufacturing process includes cutting to size and drilling holes for shelves and hardware. Depending on the construction method, we can make qualified tenons and notches for ready-to-assemble frameless cabinets.
Edgebanding
After making the panels, we can edge-band them with matching colors of PVC or veneer according to your order. We can apply a PVC edge for wood projects to match your finish or apply a stain for a veneer edge banding.
Cabinet doors from MDF
We can produce cabinet doors from Elite MDF according to your dimensions and design. We make various shaker doors, raised panels, and slab doors.
All doors can be painted according to your choice. Slab doors can be painted or stained and edge-banded
