Plywood Panels – Cut To Size

Ready-to-assemble plywood panels for frameless cabinets, cut to size by industrial CNC router. Our panels are designed and cut with qualified tenons, making assembly of cabinets both easy and convenient. Each package includes detailed labels, blueprints, and assembly instructions, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. We primarily use 3/4 inch maple plywood and MDF panels, all sourced from top industry suppliers. Cabinet Doors

MDF doors – many styles, from straight shaker, raised panels to different patterns by your choice, created on CNC router. We use Elite MDF sheets manufactured for doors making. Can be primed or finished by custom color with pre-catalyzed lacquer, the industry highest level professional finish.Samples of finished and installed products you can see on our Portfolio page

Veneered Panels & Doors

Veneered MDF panels and doors crafted from a variety of solid wood veneers. Our veneered panels can be expertly edge-banded and finished to meet your specific design preferences. Choose from a range of finishes, including stain, sealer, and a top clear coat, all customizable to your desired look. We also provide precision pre-drilling for hinge holes, ensuring seamless installation. Drawers

Our custom-built drawers from 5/8 maple edgebanded plywood are designed for smooth operation and long-lasting performance. Choose from various sizes and styles to suit any cabinetry need, with options for soft-close and full-extension functionality.

Frameless cabinet cases are made from 3/4 prefinished with UV coating maple plywood or MDF. They provide the structure and support needed to house your drawers, shelves, and doors, ensuring stability and longevity for your cabinetry installation. Cases can be made from any kind of 3/4 solid wood plywood or laminated panels. can be finished in custom color paint or stain. Edge banding

We offer professional edge banding services for plywood panels and MDF veneered doors, ensuring a clean and durable finish. You can choose from a wide selection of wood veneer or PVC edge banding options, available in custom colors to match your project’s specific design. Our edge banding process is carried out with precision using the industry-leading Homag Automatic Edgebander, guaranteeing a flawless finish every time.
